There will be no Radlett Festival in 2012 but instead a long weekend of celebrations of HM The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee from 2 to 5 June 2012.
The celebrations are likely to include a Street Party in Watling Street (as in 2002 for the Golden Jubilee) and many other events, including some in the villages as well as in Radlett.
Look out for details of these events on this website in future!

Despite the weather yesterday (drizzle with intermittent showers!) we were greatly impressed with the number of people who came and supported the Festival, estimated at around 1,000 at least.
Some stall holders reported surprisingly good levels of business, not just Aitchesons and Beaver Travel who were giving away umbrellas!
So thanks again to everyone who did brave the elements to come along and support all the efforts of those people who set up from 8 am and stayed on to the end of the day.
Here are some pictures to demonstrate the old adage that “the Show must go on”
